This is a unique way to take a mild sleep aid. They come in a metal, hinged box; inside are 30 strips, each in individual packets. These only contain 1mg of melatonin so you are not getting a monster dose, but there are other supplemental botanical herbs which help induce sleep so it's a rather unique formula. They dissolve easily and the raspberry flavor is pleasant. The packets warn you not to take more than one per day. I suppose they have their reasons for putting this warning on there. This is a supplement that I will use as a middle of the night sleep aid. I like a bit stronger of a dosage of melatonin towards the beginning of the evening but find that a small dosage works better for midnight-3am wakings and is less likely to leave me feeling too groggy in the morning.
