Pleasant taste, though not noticeable change

These strips have a pleasant taste and dissolve easily. I did not notice a change in my sleeping, nor did I have any negative effects. I just couldn't tell if they were working or not.

I like these because they leave me feeling drowsy enough to fall asleep at night, but I don't feel all the yuckiness and grogginess in the morning. It is just enough to get the job done! I appreciate the unique way that they've formulated these into strips. I feel like it makes it kick in faster because it's dissolving immediately instead of later on in your stomach.

SleepWell Strips - Non-Groggy Oral Strips: I don't usually have trouble falling asleep, my issue is *staying* asleep and since I started using these, I have awakened fewer times per night. Also an important note: the individual foil packets mean that they won't all melt and stick together in hot climates. The squares have a decent taste and dissolve quickly.

This is a cool way to take melatonin - there is only 1mg which I like as I don't need much. The taste is mild and inoffensive. These do work and do not leave me feeling groggy!
