Gives me a gentle rest with no grogginess in the morning

I like these because they leave me feeling drowsy enough to fall asleep at night, but I don't feel all the yuckiness and grogginess in the morning. It is just enough to get the job done! I appreciate the unique way that they've formulated these into strips. I feel like it makes it kick in faster because it's dissolving immediately instead of later on in your stomach.

This is a cool way to take melatonin - there is only 1mg which I like as I don't need much. The taste is mild and inoffensive. These do work and do not leave me feeling groggy!
